Design in Nordic Nature, led by Iceland Design and Architecture in collaboration with Nordic partners, forms a part of a larger initiative on sustainable tourism in the north under the auspices of the Nordic Council of ministers. The insights from the project unveil and envision the role of architecture and design in sustainable tourism – while reflecting notions like development pressure, fragility and forces of nature.
