Buenos Aires Architecture Biennial

The Buenos Aires International Architecture Biennial is a forum for proposals and dialogues between architecture, urban planning, ecology, art and design. The Biennial will take place from 9 to 13 October 2024 at the Faena Art Centre in Buenos Aires. The event is free of charge.

Lectures: Samuli Miettinen and Juho Grönholm
The Biennale's conference programme will bring together a number of internationally renowned local and foreign experts in the fields of architecture, urban planning, environmental management, art, design, technology and innovation. The programme will also feature lectures by Finnish architects Samuli Miettinen and Juho Grönholm.

Samuli Miettinen's (JKMM Architects) lecture will focus on the infrastructure of happiness and architecture's ability to create a framework for a good life. Juho Grönholm (ALA Architects) will give a lecture on wood as a building material and ALA's wood architecture projects.
