19th International Architecture Exhibition of la Biennale di Venezia

Arsenale vista 2 biennale

La Biennale di Venezia

This year, the world's most famous architecture exhibition invites to explore the role of humanity and community in intelligent design.

The 19th International Architecture Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia opens to the public on 10 May 2025. This year's theme, Intelligens. Natural. Artificial. Collective, explores diverse, participatory and imaginative intelligence, according to the Biennale's chief curator Carlo Ratti.

At the Pavilion of Finland, the exhibition The Pavilion – Architecture of Stewardship, produced by Archinfo and curated by architects Ella Kaira and Matti Jänkälä, explores the multidisciplinary work involved in creating and sustaining architecture. Finnish expertise is also prominently featured in the biennale’s main exhibition as well as in the Industry Muscle exhibition, produced by Architecture & Design Museum Helsinki and on display at the Nordic Pavilion.

You can explore the main exhibition of the Biennale Architettura, along with more than 60 national pavilion exhibitions, at the Arsenale and Giardini in Venice. In addition, numerous collateral events will take place around the city throughout the duration of the Biennale.
