The series of lectures brings a number of interesting speakers to Finland.

Simona Malvezzi, Berlin-based architect and founding partner of the award-winning office Kuehn Malvezzi, will be opening the series of lectures produced by Aalto University and the Museum of Finnish Architecture. Malvezzi’s office, specialised in exhibition architecture, design and curating, has been featured in various exhibitions and biennials, including the 10th, 13th and 14th International Architecture Exhibition at La Biennale di Venezia.

“I believe the work of Kuehn Malvezzi can open new perspectives to exhibition architecture for architecture students as well as anyone interested in exhibitions. The topic of exhibiting architecture occurs in discussions time and again. Kuehn Malvezzi can inspire to find new paths in the discussion”, describes Professor Jenni Reuter, curator of the lecture series.

An interview with Simona Malvezzi:

The lectures are held in English at Aalto University at 13:15 and at the Museum of Finnish Architecture at 18:00. Entrance fee to the museum 10 / 5 / 0 €.
