Conference on Finnish Architecture in Lisbon

Finnish Architecture is present in Portugal in April as a conference on Finnish architecture is taking place in Lisbon at Sinel de Cordes Palace on 11th of April at 7 pm.

The Lisbon Architecture Triennale’s mission is to research, foster and promote architectural thinking and practice. It holds a major forum every three years for the debate, discussion and dissemination of architecture across geographic and disciplinary boundaries. The next time the Lisbon Triennale will be held in 2019.

Two Finnish architectural studios, ALA and AOR, will introduce their work at the conference. Erkko Aarti will present the work of AOR architects and Antti Nousjoki will show ALA Architects’ projects. The conference will be moderated by Paula Melâneo, editor in chief of J-A Jornal Arquitectos.

The event is a co-production between Archinfo Finland, Lisbon Triennale and the Embassy of Finland in Portugal. The event will be held in English. More information can be found at the Triennale’s website.
